FluoriGuard; 0.5 micron, 12 month carbon block with fluoride removal for 10″ canister systems. Metal Guard brings all the power of our high-end Premium Plus filter: Triple action, high capacity, ultra protection against parasites and cysts, excellent heavy metal and chemical removal capabilities, with the added benefit of fluoride removal.

Tips:

Be sure to remove the existing filter cartridge, including any O-rings. Leaving in the previous filters O-rings can upset how well the new filter will seat into your unit.

Make sure the filter is secure and not rattling around internally after installation.

If you notice the flow rate diminishing, or a bitter metallic taste creeping into your water it is a good indication that the filter may need replacing.
