LOW-PRESSURE DIVERTER
Low-pressure diverter for Bench top systems. The diverter features a 1/4″ barb with locking nut for connecting the Bench top system and a plastic lever for controlling the water flow. Best suited for low-pressure.
How to install:
Simply unscrew your existing faucets aerator and in its place, screw in the diverter (which includes its own aerator). The Low-pressure diverter is designed to fit existing standard faucets. Install the 1/4″ tubing and make sure it is secured to the Bench top unit.
NB: If after unscrewing the aerator your connection is female as opposed to male simply use the All Thread Adaptor. Install the ATA after removing your faucets aerator and then install the Low-pressure diverter onto the ATA. The diverter will now attach directly to the ATA.
TIPS
- Use plumbers tape on any threaded fitting for a better seal.
- Remember to first add the locking nut to the tubing and then push the tubing into the barb.
- Heat the 1/4″ tubing under hot water for a couple of minutes to make the tube more malleable, and then carefully push over the bard and tighten the locking nut to secure.
